Have you heard of MTU before? MTU stands for Maximum Transmission Unit. This governs the amount of data sent in each single burst to the network. If the MTU of your network is too small, your net connection will be slow. Even worse, certain network communications will fail. Optimizing your Internet connection can sometimes require you to increase the setting of MTU value.
